ULKA starts with a simple problem: the conversations between adult children and aging parents have shrunk to weather updates and health checklists — even when everyone means well.

What gets lost is story, identity and the kind of connection that protects cognitive health over time.

ULKA is being built to change that. Through gentle, personalised memory prompts, ULKA helps families have richer conversations today, preserve the family stories up to own memoirs and along the process generates the naturalistic behavioural data that future AI-assisted care will be based upon - if you want.

We are in early development. The founding team is currently in assembly. The groundwork is being laid, including active engagement with the European neuroscience research community.
